If the server with the requested configuration is currently occupied, our manager will definitely make an alternative offer with similar parameters for you.

The servers are located in a warehouse in Pavlodar, first of all we place them in the Tier III class data center in Pavlodar. But we have the ability to place them in any data center in Kazakhstan, including the new modular data center in Almaty or Astana.

Yes, in case of early termination of the server lease, the client can send a request to our email, but only at the end of the calendar month.

Yes. When paying for a server for a year or signing a contract for 12 months, a 5% discount is provided.

We maintain fair load balancing, so servers with a 1 Gbps port connection will not be able to take up 100% of the bandwidth for more than three hours.
